What do all knitters have in common? We love to knit!
We love knitting, crochet and some of us quilting. We love to get our yarn and knitting needles or crochet hooks out and whip up a cable knit sweater, gloves or a cap. Lots of us love to go to knitting classes or go searching for knitting patterns at garage or flea sales.
Me? I love to crochet flowers. I have them all over my bedroom, bathroom and even up the stairs. I also love to collect old knitting magazines stuffed with knitting and crochet patterns. Nothing thrills me more than to find a really old crochet pattern full of crochet or knitting stitches.

By boho, I mean bohemian (i.e, loose, baggy ware) I have a oversized, white, v neck cable knit sweater and would like to wear it in a bohemian way. Aside wearing them with leggings and a scarve, what other looks can you make with this sweater? :) Cheers!
I start my first year of COLLEGE (ah!) on Saturday, and for the first few days, there are all of these organized events and stuff. Well, the author of our summer reading book is coming to speak with us, then have lunch with us (there are about 800 students in the freshmen class) and we are to wear "Dress Attire". I generally dress classically, my friends call me "gramma" or "mom". I love my cable knit sweaters, ironed khakis, Lilly Pulitzer print bermuda shorts...I pretty dress like I'm a mom or grandmother instead of a teenager. So I have no problem dressing up for this event. But I still want to know what to wear! A skirt, a dress, dress slacks, my pearls? What?? Keep in mind, this is on my second day of college ever, so I also want to look my best for my new classmates.

i need to sell stuff to get more money to buy a dirt bike. so im selling some of my clothes that i dont wear from a few years ago... how much would you sell these for at a classier yard sale? 2 Jcrew cashmere cable-knit sweaters -(barely worn) 2 ralph lauren polos- (good condition) 2 lacoste polos- (one worn, one never worn) 2 jcrew thick headbands- (mint condition) 1 small Longchamp bag (good condition) 5 pairs of flats (shoes)- (from old navy, gap, and lord and taylor) (all mint condition) 1 jcrew "tie belt" -(never used) i would really appreciate assistance on this matter! thanks : ) 10 points reward!! and ill answer some of your questions too! (and pls dont say that rich ppl wont buy used expensive clothes. im not selling them to richy riches. ppl who cant buy them full priced will be interested in buying theses designer clothes for less money. i know theyll be interested. okay david, thank you but i do not agree with the cashmere sweaters. it's cashmere man! 5 bucks for cashmere?? hell no. i spent 100 bucks on each of those shirts.
i need good fashion critics to answer this Q! so i have some things in my closet from a few years ago that i need to sell. im trying to buy a dirt bike...and im 100 bucks away from affording my dream. lol 2 jcrew cashmere cable-knit sweaters (great condition) 2 lacoste polos (good condition) 2 ralph lauren polos (good condition) 2 j-crew thick headbands (mint condition...never used) 1 small longchamp bag (okay condition...tiny holes in bottom corners of bag...minute holes!) 4 or 5 pairs of flats (all great condition...worn once or twice) form old navy, lord and taylor, gap. i hope i get good bucks for this stuff! it wasn't cheap when i bought it all! -_- and please dont tell me that no one will buy used crap. because ppl who dont usually have enough money to buy expensive clothes, will buy this slightly used stuff for a lower price. i know that for a fact.
