What do all knitters have in common? We love to knit!
We love knitting, crochet and some of us quilting. We love to get our yarn and knitting needles or crochet hooks out and whip up a cable knit sweater, gloves or a cap. Lots of us love to go to knitting classes or go searching for knitting patterns at garage or flea sales.
Me? I love to crochet flowers. I have them all over my bedroom, bathroom and even up the stairs. I also love to collect old knitting magazines stuffed with knitting and crochet patterns. Nothing thrills me more than to find a really old crochet pattern full of crochet or knitting stitches.

I've just discovered Punch Needle. Can I buy a Needlepoint kit and use the punch tool on it?
I'm 21 years old and LOVE doing needlepoint. That being said, the only kits I can find online are for older people: sappy love scenes, ballerinas, horses running, flowers etc... I was hoping that maybe someone could help me find a place where I can get something a little more suited to my tastes: a dragon, an epic battle, zombies, hellfire, sorcerers, monsters...something that's not a kitten playing with a ball of yarn. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions! <3 Wow! I really appreciate the suggestions. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to do cross stiches. They seem really complicated.
Instructions for needlepoint kit say: "1. Come up at A,..." Come up at A? There is a diagram but instructions are not clear, What's coming up at A? Can you give me clearer instructions on how to make a french knot & place it in a needle point pattern? Thank You, Harry Gams
A long time ago a lady taught me how to needlepoint, but she passed on. The kit she gave me had everything allready stitched except the background! Does anyone know where I can find these? I would appreciate knowing so I can get started again!
